The information collection, use, and dissemination practices of the MyDegreeFinder.com website (the “Site”, also referred to herein as “We, “Us,” or “Our”) are discussed in this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so you should review this policy frequently. You agree to this Privacy Policy, and any changes to it, by visiting the Site.

1. Collection of Information
We gather personally identifiable information that you expressly provide when you enter information into a form on Our Site including, without limitation, your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and other unique personal identifiers (”Personal Information”). We also collect anonymous information, which includes any information that is not tied to your Personal Information, such as your IP address (”Anonymous Information”). In addition, We may receive information about you from third-party sources including, but not limited to, service providers for tracking and marketing purposes (”Source Information”). 2. Cookie and Webbug Information

A cookie is a small amount of data stored on the hard drive of the individual’s computer that allows Us to identify the individual with his or her corresponding data that resides in Our database. 3. No Information Collected from Children
We do not intentionally collect personal information from individuals who are younger than 16 years of age, nor do We intentionally use or disclose such information. Individuals under the age of 16 should not send any information to Us.

If you provide Us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from Us with information on new products and service or upcoming events. If you provide Us with your telephone number, you may receive telephone contact from Us with information regarding new products and services or upcoming events even if you have opted into the FTC’s National Do Not Call List, any state equivalent Do Not Call List, or the Do Not Call List of a specific company.

5. Sharing of Information
We will not transfer, trade or sell Information to unaffiliated third parties except for the purposes set forth herein. We may share Information about you with the other parties and for particular purposes including, without limitation, the following:
(i) To process and fulfill your product or service request submitted on Our Site. We will share with Our business partners Information about you contained in the request form you submit to process and fulfill your request. Our business partners may contact you by telephone (including, by autodialer, where applicable), e-mail, or mail based on the Information you provided to Us, even if you have opted into the FTC’s National Do Not Call List, any state equivalent Do Not Call List, or the Do Not Call List of a specific company. If one of Our business partners contacts you by (a) telephone and you wish not to be contacted again by that business partner with respect to your inquiry, then you should specifically make a request to that partner not to contact you again, or (b) email and you wish not to receive further email communications from that business partner with respect to your inquiry, then you need to follow the instructions at the end of each email message to unsubscribe from that particular list;
(ii) To service providers who host certain services for Us, such as marketing distribution, credit card processing or call centers. Our service providers use the Information received from Us for the purpose of providing you with the products you requested;
(iii) To respond to subpoenas, court orders and other legal process. We may also disclose Information for other purposes if required by law to do so;
(iv) We may disclose, transfer and/or sell Information to entities affiliated with Us in Our discretion;
(v) We may also share aggregate order information with third parties and business partners in Our discretion; and
(vi) If We and/or Our Site (and the Information collected through the Site) is merged with or acquired by another company, the successor company would have access to the Information maintained by Us and may use the Information as set forth herein.

6. Information Storage
We store Information on Our computers or on computers owned or maintained by third-party service providers with whom We have an agreement. These computers are protected by reasonable security measures, but We cannot and do not guarantee the security or privacy of your Information on these computers, and We are not responsible for the protection of your Information on those computers.

7. Privacy Practices of Third Parties
Third parties may use cookies and webbugs on advertising place on Our Site. We do not control or have any responsibility for information gathered by third parties. Our Site and/or email messages may contain hypertext links to the web sites of third parties. We are not responsible for, nor do We have any control over, the privacy practices or the content of such third party web sites.

8. Options in Controlling Your Information
You may request deletion of your Information by sending an email to unsub@mydegreefinder.com in which you state your name, email address and your request to have your Information deleted from Our database. If you do not wish to receive offers of products or services from Us, please send an email to unsub@mydegreefinder.com and state your request not to receive any further offers from Us.
